Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,

Since the beginning of 2012, I have been serving as an independent consultant in the international construction industry on contracts, claims and changes management, and dispute resolution, and continue to provide the same services under MC2 MODERN International Construction Project Management and Consulting Corporation since 2016. During these years, while we have always strived to provide the best service to our clients in over 25 different countries, we have also contributed positively to the careers of hundreds of professionals from 40 different countries with our trainings.

Our consultants consist of professionals with proven track record of success in the international construction industry who possess engineering and or architectural professions complemented with further education in construction law. In line with the needs and requirements of our clients, we support their projects with our teams of experts of different seniority. Our clients prefer to work with us because they know that we have the ability to complete work and meet project requirements, make a difference and produce acceptable results.

Our vast experience gained from services we have provided to many project stakeholders such as contractors, employers, engineers, lawyers and international financial institutions, allows us to look at issues from different perspectives which gives us the strength in providing the best service to our clients. Millions of dollars are spent on the resolution of construction disputes that frequently arise in the global construction industry, and these processes often damage the relations between the parties. Therefore, we believe that the prevention or early resolution of a potential dispute is more advantageous and economical for the parties. We are cognizant of the fact that effective and real-time contract and claims management is an important factor in the prevention or early resolution of disputes. In this context, we are always ready to assist our clients in developing strategies along their interests.
