Claims and Variations Management Training
Our Claims and Variations Management trainings are based on the 1999 and or 2017 version FIDIC Contracts, and aimed at providing practical knowledge to Contractors, Employers, Engineers and Consultants, Lawyers and other construction professionals on preparing and defending against claims, managing the process and successfully resolving the claims. In addition, practical information on Variations and the relevant procedures are discussed, and evaluations are made on case studies. Within the scope of this training, our trainers discuss and deliver information on Engineer's determination, Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) and arbitration under the FIDIC Contract Conditions. We also offer Claims and Change Management Training as Module-2 FIDIC Accredited Training.
